Oligozoospermia-low sperm count less than 15million/ml. Azoospermia-persistently zero sperm count. Asthenozoospermia-reduced sperm motility. Teratozoospermia-presence of sperm with abnormal morphology.

If the sperm count is zero ,then the sperm need to be retrieved surgically using any of the below procedure.
PESA : Percutaneous Epididymal sperm aspiration here a small needle is inserted in a portion above the testis called epidymis, and sperm is withdrawn.
TESA : Testicular Sperm Aspiration Here a very fine needle is inserted in to testes directly and immature sperm are retrieved.
Both of above procedures are done under anesthesia Patient is not required to stay at the hospital and can go home on same evening. Using these sperm, embryo can be formed by ICSI technique. The procedures are conducted by expert andrologists at our hospital.
