When is ICSI used ?
- In our setup we used ICSI for fertilization for every patient since it is proven that ICSI leads to better pregnancy rates.
- ICSI is specifically used for men who have very low sperm count.
- Also, when sperm are retrieved by PESA / TESA /TESE ,ICSI is used for fertilization.
